Hooton based Plus Point Quality (Plus Point) has been announced as finalists for two of the most prestigious awards at the Northern Automotive Alliance (NAA) awards.
Plus Point is a finalist for the Innovation award as well as the People & Skills awards. Speaking about the shortlist Mark Sweeney said, “we’re absolutely thrilled to be nominated. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by everyone involved with Plus Point. It’s been a transformational year for the company as we continued growing our quality control service and launched our CPD accredited Plus Point Improvement Programme. We’re looking forward to the Northern Automotive Alliance awards, it’s always a fantastic event.”
Plus Point has experienced phenomenal growth in the previous 12 months, doubling its turnover. It has reinvested its profits back into the business, launching the Plus Point Improvement Programme, a CPD accredited automotive training programme designed to upskill those working in the manufacturing industry and at Plus Point.
The annual NAA awards recognise the outstanding commitment and achievements of Northern businesses operating in the automotive sector. It is attended by more than 300 business leaders with this year’s event being held on Thursday 9th November at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa, Knutsford.
