This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt “Advanced Practitioner Level” training course develops participants into expert problem solvers – giving them the hard skills needed to lead successful improvement teams and achieve business objectives in any function or department of any organisation.
This learning program builds upon your Green Belt knowledge to cover a greater level of analytical, project implementation and change leadership skills drawing on both quantitative qualitative methods and the full range of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques required to facilitate and lead change.
It prepares future Black Belts to solve a wide variety of difficult problems. You walk away with the learning and the know-how. This means not just focus on the “what” to do but the “how” to do it, with greater emphasis on typical project barriers and “hints” and “tips” on “how” to overcome using case studies, compelling best practices and benchmarking opportunities as part of the learning experience.
The training is practical, precise with no corners cut. Don’t expect an easy ride, you are there to learn and learn you will. We offer a high standard of action-oriented, interactive learning and in contrast to most conventional courses, Black belt candidates receive formal certification from Game Change at the end of the course when they successfully pass and exam and complete a group case study project provided which is conducted during the course.
Apply the DMAIC methodology to business issues and transition continuous improvement projects from phrase to phrase, removing barriers to achieve project success.
