Mark believes it is better to do one thing perfectly, than numerous things badly. This philosophy has shaped the culture of Plus Point, ensuring we deliver a great service to our clients.

Having managed an automotive service provider for over 14 years, Greg brought a wealth of experience to the Plus Point team when he joined in 2015. Greg is responsible for ensuring we deliver that Plus Point are offering the very best product to our clients. Greg is an experienced Continuous Improvements & Operations Executive with extensive experience across various markets and industries. Greg has previously worked for a tier 0 supplier in the automotive sector. Greg was instrumental in the growth of his direct responsibilities from an original contract consisting 14 people to over 400+ with a wide range of services deployed. Having also been responsible and accountable for multi-million pound P&Ls.

Lean academy operations director
Derek has an engineering foundation through a mechanical toolmaking apprenticeship and a supporting HND in Engineering. Broad lean manufacturing implementation experience in many manufacturing and nonmanufacturing industries (Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG, Local Housing, Retail, NHS, Rail and Pharmaceutical), mentoring companies in the skills of Lean Manufacturing transformation, improving production, quality and business performances through both implementation and training.

John is a seasoned practitioner, coach and trainer on Process Improvement, Quality control, Lean Management and Project Management in Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Systems environments. He gained his experience in Lean Six Sigma process improvement while working for GE Automation, Entergy Systems and IBM Global Services in the USA .

Matt provides strategic marketing guidance and support to Plus Point, the Bluestones Group and its associated companies. He joined the Group in 2017, having worked for AIM and FTSE listed organisations, has an MBA from Manchester University, a first degree in Retail Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Chief Information Officer
Neil has worked in the business IT marketplace for some 20 years, specialising in helping businesses get a better return on their investment in IT. This has included good, old-fashioned, BPR projects, specification & selection projects and the project management & implementation of systems. He has a very good knowledge of ERP & CRM solutions having worked on both small and large international projects at a number of levels to get the most out of a business’s investment in business systems.

Tasmin has been with the Bluestones Group for over four years and brings diverse experience of the industry having worked at numerous international recruitment businesses. She is currently completing her CIPD studies and in her day to day role provides HR support for the Group and its portfolio of brands, as well as providing strategic HR guidance to the Board.

David provides financial support to all companies within the Bluestones Group having previously worked for blue-chip FTSE100 companies across Financial Services and Support Services after gaining the FCCA Qualification whilst at KPMG.
